Meet Our Team
Bellwether Move Management, Inc. was founded in 2024 out of a unique set of circumstances involving an exceptional team of women that share a deep and personal connection to their work within the community.

Neely Shields, Founder of Bellwether Move Management, Inc.
In 2018, after a move uprooted her family, Neely made the difficult decision to pause a career that involved both domestic and international travel so she could concentrate on the home front. Once the family settled into their new life, Neely began working with Complete Transitions, a West Chester-based senior move management company owned by Megan Bond. Her skill set transferred perfectly and being able to do meaningful work locally was the impetus for a natural career transition. In 2023, with two of three kids in college, she began to expand her role within Complete Transitions.
In January 2024, Megan informed the team that she would be undergoing a downsizing move of her own and ceasing operation of her company. But she passionately encouraged the team to continue the Complete Transitions’ legacy. After talking with her family, her fellow team members, and Megan, Bellwether Move Management, Inc. was formed. Together, Megan, Neely, and the team, seamlessly transitioned the company – it is a space in which they all thrive – so that the client experience remained the top priority. Bellwether’s mission is rooted in its name: to lead our senior clients and their loved ones steadfastly through the turmoil of moving with the unparalleled support of an experienced and caring team ensuring their success every step of the journey.
When not leading the flock, Neely enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, horseback riding, and playing racquet sports with her family – one husband, two dogs, and three daughters – traveling, adventuring with her friends, and getting lost in multiple good books at one time!

Stacy Chidekel
Stacy joined Complete Transitions in 2018, became a Team Leader six months later, and has continued that role with Bellwether. She enjoys working with clients to organize, downsize and to make their new house quickly feel like home. Stacy uses many of the skills she learned B.C. (Before Children) as well as the invaluable experience gained through the various local and interstate transitions she has coordinated for her own family, to offer the best experience possible to her clients.
Stacy brings a unique perspective to our move management process. She is trained as an Art Historian with her undergraduate degree from Brown University and her Masters degree from Columbia University. She has worked in museums, galleries, and auction houses and has taught seminars in Appraisal Studies at the university level. With this background and a keen eye, she is adept at working with clients’ valued possessions, whether they are family heirlooms or a granddaughter’s treasured 1st grade art project. Stacy continues to follow local and national collectable markets and enjoys finding creative solutions for our clients with the items they do not want to bring with them to their new home.
When not working, Stacy is a passionate bread baker and cook. She enjoys spending time in her kitchen, hiking, canoeing, going to museums and visiting with her three children who are in college and beyond. She and her husband have lived in Chester County for 25 years and have happily spent many volunteer hours in their school district and community.
