Meet Our Team
Bellwether Move Management, Inc. was founded in 2024 out of a unique set of circumstances involving an exceptional team of women that share a deep and personal connection to their work within the community.
A Special Thank You to Megan Bond
Driven by the desire to find a better way for seniors to downsize and move after experiencing challenges in her own family, Megan Bond founded Complete Transitions in 2017. She received her formal training from the National Association of Senior Move Managers (NASMM) and the following year she continued her education and became certified.
Megan started Complete Transitions with one guiding principle: what would I want for my parents, or aunt, or in-laws? Megan formed a team prioritizing client needs and offering personalized, efficient move management services. Over the course of seven years, she built her company from one person, herself, to a team of 20+ members, and became a preferred partner within the local senior living communities of the Greater Brandywine Valley.
In early 2024, Megan delivered the difficult news that an unplanned move out of state would cause her to cease operation of Complete Transitions on May 1st. With the passion of a true leader, Megan encouraged each and every person in the room to step into the space that she was leaving and continue the mission.
Enter Neely Shields, Founder of Bellwether Move Management, Inc.
In 2018, after a move uprooted her family, Neely made the difficult decision to pause a career that involved both domestic and international travel so she could concentrate on the home front. Once the family settled into their new life, Neely began working with the Complete Transitions team in 2020. Her skill set transferred perfectly and being able to do meaningful work locally was the impetus for a natural career transition. In 2023, with two of three kids in college, she began to expand her role within Complete Transitions.
Neely walked out of the January 2024 meeting empowered to take on the challenge of continuing the Complete Transitions’ legacy. After talking with her family, her fellow team members, and Megan, Bellwether Move Management, Inc. was formed. Megan and Neely, together with their team, have been hard at work planning for the transition of the company – it is a space in which they all thrive – so that there will be little change in the client experience. Bellwether’s mission is rooted in its name: to lead our senior clients and their loved ones steadfastly through the turmoil of moving with the steadfast support of an experienced and caring team ensuring their success every step of the journey.
When not leading the flock, Neely enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, horseback riding, and playing racquet sports with her family – one husband, two dogs, and three daughters – traveling, and getting lost in multiple good books at one time!
Stacy Chidekel
Stacy joined Complete Transitions in 2018, became a Team Leader six months later, and will continue in that role with Bellwether Move Management, Inc. in 2024. She enjoys working with clients to organize, downsize and to make their new house quickly feel like home. Stacy uses many of the skills she learned B.C. (Before Children) as well as the invaluable experience gained through the various local and interstate transitions she has coordinated for her own family, to offer the best experience possible to her clients.
Stacy brings a unique perspective to our transition process. She is trained as an Art Historian with her undergraduate degree from Brown University and her Masters degree from Columbia University. She has worked in museums, galleries, and auction houses and has taught seminars in Appraisal Studies at the university level. With this background and a keen eye, she is adept at working with clients’ valued possessions, whether they are family heirlooms or a granddaughter’s treasured 1st grade art project. Stacy continues to follow local and national collectable markets and enjoys finding creative solutions for our clients with the items they do not want to bring with them to their new home.
When not working, Stacy is a passionate bread baker and cook. She enjoys spending time in her kitchen, hiking, canoeing, going to museums and visiting with her three children who are in college and beyond. She and her husband have lived in Chester County for 25 years and have happily spent many volunteer hours in their school district and community.
Susan Wright
Susan is a certified Senior Move Manager (SMM-C). She attended Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, and after working in radio, TV, and advertising, was promoted to Stay-At-Home-Mom. In addition to volunteering in her children’s schools, she continued to work part time for a media buying agency, then as a private bookkeeper, and lastly for a tax accounting firm.
After moving senior family members in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Florida, she joined Complete Transitions in 2017 and Bellwether Move Management, Inc. in 2024. Susan and her husband have lived in Kennett Square, PA, since 2000 and have moved three kids out of the nest and into various dorms and apartments from Michigan to North Carolina.
About her work in senior move management: “Our many hands make light work and a comfortable new home!”
